Note: While dedicated impact and improvement coaching, training, or bespoke organisational is no longer directly offered by YMCA George Williams College, external providers specialising in these areas can be beneficial. Your role as a mentor/coach can be hugely beneficial in guiding users through this journey.

This guide focuses on the pedagogical and relational aspects of supporting individuals and organisations using the Impact and Improvement Standards. It does not cover any of the technical or legal details associated with offering coaching, mentoring, or a hybrid approach**.**

It is the sole responsibility of the individual coach/mentor to arrange and ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and ethical considerations pertaining to their specific context of practice. This may include, but is not limited to, contracting, insurance, data protection (GDPR), confidentiality agreements, professional supervision, and continuous professional development.
